What Tawrida is, in plain terms
In the language operators actually use: Tawrida is distribution software with van sales built in, multi-branch inventory with buyer tiers and pricing rules, invoicing and collections with AR aging, and an export pipeline that carries a shipment from inquiry to vessel. Four pillars — Field, Operations, Finance, and Export — on one record. The order a rep captures in a shop is the same order the warehouse picks and the same invoice finance chases; an export inquiry becomes a proforma, a commercial invoice, a packing list, and a container booking on that same record.

Tawrida is built in Egypt for the way trade works here, and it is fully bilingual — English and Arabic, with a right-to-left interface designed that way rather than mirrored from English. Egyptian commercial reality sits inside the product rather than bolted onto it: ACID references carried across the export document pack, per-line Egyptian e-invoice codes and tax registration on commercial invoices, and a field app that keeps capturing orders and visits with no coverage and syncs when it is back. It runs on the web, iOS, and Android.

What Tawrida is not
A short list of boundaries is more useful than a long list of claims. Tawrida is deliberately scoped, and these are the lines we hold.
- Not a factory-grade ERP. Tawrida covers distribution and export operations end to end; it is not a general manufacturing suite you configure for a year before it runs.
- Not a statutory accounting package. Tawrida runs operational finance — invoices from orders, AR aging, collections, credit exposure — and does not claim to replace your statutory books.
- Not a logistics or freight product. You see your trucks and routes because they carry your orders, and Tawrida records the booking with the shipping line — but it is not your carrier, your freight forwarder, or a fleet-management system.
- Not a customs broker or a filing agent. Tawrida prepares the documents and the structured data; the filing stays outside it. Egyptian e-invoices go through the Tax Authority's own channels, the certificate of origin is issued by the chamber of commerce, and ACI/Nafeza registration is done by the importer or their customs broker.

No. Tawrida runs operational finance — commercial invoices generated from confirmed orders, AR aging, collections, and credit exposure — so the money side of the operation lives in the same system as the orders that created it. It does not claim to replace your statutory books.
Does Tawrida file our e-invoices or our customs paperwork?+
No. Tawrida prepares structured invoice data, including per-line Egyptian e-invoice codes and tax registration, and produces the export document pack. The filing stays with you: e-invoices go through the Tax Authority's own channels, the certificate of origin is issued by the chamber of commerce, and ACI/Nafeza registration is handled by the importer or their customs broker.
Is Tawrida available in Arabic?+
Yes — fully bilingual, with a native right-to-left interface rather than a mirrored English one, Arabic display typography, and localised commercial terminology. Every marketing page has its own Arabic URL, and support is available in Arabic and English.
